Select Account type –  Personal Account Or Business Account.

Below Difference Table explains which type of Account to Choose. In short Users who use Payza for Selling their Products, I.e., On E-commerce or Shopping Cart Websites should choose Business Account. All Other users should choose Personal Account. Please choose the correct type of account as the type of taxes vary for both these types.

In this Post we will guide you through PAYZA Personal account creation [the same process apply’s for PAYZA Business account creation].

After selecting Open Your Free PAYZA Personal Account, on the next pop-up screen as shown below, fill up your country, Salutation, first name, last name, Email Address & your preferred password.

Once all the personal details has been filled up, click on Get started to receive a confirmation or Validation email.

Check your Email and click on the confirmation link sent by Payza to complete the validation process.

This Validation Link directly takes you to the newly created Payza Account Dashboard. On the Dash Board you need to complete your Profile set-up in order to access and use your Payza Account.

Payza Profile Set-up

On the left hand side, you can see the “Complete Profile Set-up Link“, Click on it [At the same place, you will also notice the percentage of profile details filled]. You also have the option to save your progress, and pick up where you left off, at any time. Once you complete profile setup you can access your account.

Now, Click on the Get started Button on the Pop-up that appeared after clicking the complete profile set-up.

On the next four screens fill your:

• Work Details : Your Industry & Your Job

• Address : Street, City, Region, Country & Postal Code

• Phone Number : Contact Number

• Account Security Details : Choose a security Question and Answer it; Date of Birth & Create a Security Pin.

A Profile completed successfully Message appears once all the details filled in above screens.

You can also set-up advanced security features like Avatar [with custom Welcome message], Security Level & Transaction Pin on the next screen.

HOW to Get Your PAYZA Account Verified

In most countries, you can now easily verify your account through the Document Validation process.

To get started simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your www.payza.com

2. Click the drop-down menu under your name (top left corner of your account) and select Verification.

Personal members will see Document Validation (Business account holders will see the Corporation Documents option in addition to the option below):

Document Validation

To easily complete Personal Verification, submit the following two documents:

• Proof of Address document: This may be a recently issued utility bill, phone bill, credit card statement or bank statement. The name and address must match with the information listed in your Payza account, the date of issue should be visible and dated within the past three months.

• Proof of Identity document: This should be a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. Your name, photo and date of birth must all be visible. If you are verifying your account from India, you will need to submit your PAN Card as your Proof of Identity.

Note that once your documents have been submitted, Payza’s verification team will review them within five business days.

How to add Bank Account and Credit cards to PAYZA Account?

In order to Perform the Send, Add & Withdraw Funds Operations on Payza Account, you need to add bank account to Credit cards to your Payza Account.

Adding Bank Account to PAYZA Account

1. Under ‘Wallet’, select ‘Bank Accounts’.
2. Click ‘Add a Bank Account’.
3. From the drop-down list, select the country where your bank is located.
4. Indicate whether you would like to use the bank account for bank transfers or for bank wires.
5. Depending on the country that your bank account is located in, you may be asked to provide the following details:

• Your currency preference for transactions using this bank account (Euros, Pounds Sterling, or U.S. Dollars).
• The bank account type.
• Sort/Clearing/Bank Code (the numeric code used to identify banks around the world).
• IBAN: the International Bank Account Number that uniquely identifies your bank account. The IBAN consist of an alphabetical country code, followed by two check digits and up to thirty one alphanumeric characters.
• SWIFT BIC OR IFSC: a code used to identify your financial institution.
• Your bank account number: the number associated with your bank account.
• Your institution and branch number.

           Note: for all of the above information, be sure to enter only alphanumeric characters, no special characters such as a dash (–) or a number symbol (#).

6. Under ‘Beneficiary Information’, enter your own personal details associated with the bank account.
7. Review your bank account details and confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
8. If you need to change something, click ‘Previous’ to go back. If everything is correct, you can click ‘Add Bank Account.’

Verification Process: You need to upload a recent bank statement that’s less than 6 months old; it can be a .pdf or .jpeg file that’s under 10Mb. to complete the verification process of Adding the Bank Account to Payza Account. Depending on the country this verification process may ask more supporting documents like PAN Card etc., if it asks you need to provide the same for successfully completing the verification Process. Unless this Verification is successful you cannot withdraw your funds to Bank Accounts.

Adding Credit Card to PAYZA Account

Adding your MasterCard to your Payza account is simple:

1. Log in to your Payza account, click “Wallet” in the left-side column, then select “Credit Cards” from the drop-down menu.
2. Enter the number and expiration date for your MasterCard.

But Once the Credit Card is Added to Payza Account, it has to go through the following Verification Process to complete Adding Credit Card to Payza Account.

Verification Process: You need to upload a recent credit card statement for the card you wish to validate and a photo or scan of the front and back of the card. You should block out the numbers on the front of your card except for the last four digits and the expiration date. You should block out any numbers on the back of your card but you must clearly show your signature

After Setting -up Profile, adding Bank Accounts & Credit cards to your Payza Account, you are all set to use Payza account for sending and receiving Money.

Once you login to Payza Account, On the top Bar you can see four Options namely: Send, Request, Add & Withdraw Funds.

How to Send Funds from PAYZA Account: 

You can use this Send Funds Option to Send Funds to Other Payza Users.

• To send funds to Other Payza Users, Click on send funds option on the Top Bar
• Under Send funds, fill-up the recipients Email Address, Type of Currency & Amount to send.
• Choose if Recipient should pay the fee or you pay the fees.

• Select From which Funding Option the Funds to be deducted from
• Select Purchase type and write a note to receipient if needed and click next to confirm the details and complete the Send Funds.

How to Request Funds from PAYZA Account:

You can use this Request Fund Option to Request Funds from Other Payza Users.

• To receive funds from Other Payza Users, Click on Receive funds option on the Top Bar
• Under Receive funds, fill-up the recipients Email Address, Type of Currency & Amount to receive.
• Select Purchase type and write a note to sender if needed and click next to confirm the details and complete the Receive Funds.

How to Add Funds to PAYZA Account:

You can add funds to your Payza account in order to use Payza as your E-Wallet to use for your Online Payments and Shopping.

How to add Funds to Payza account using Credit Card

1. To Add Funds to Payza Account using Credit card, click “Add Funds” in the top menu, then click “Credit Card”.
2. Select your MasterCard credit card.
3. Enter the amount you wish to add and click “Next”.
4. Review your transaction details, enter your Transaction PIN and click “Deposit” to complete Add funds.

How to add Funds to Payza account using bank Transfer

1. In your Payza account, click “Add Funds” in the top menu.
2. Select “Bank Account”.
3. Select the Originating Country, the Bank Account you wish to use from the drop-down menu, and the Amount, then click “Next”.
4. If you are asked to complete “Phone Validation”, follow the steps on screen to receive your confirmation code and enter it into your account.
5. Review the details, enter your Transaction PIN, then click “Add Funds” to complete.

How to Withdraw Funds from PAYZA Account:

1. Click the Withdraw Funds button.
2. Click Bank Wire or Bank Transfer.
3. Select the currency balance you would like to withdraw from, the bank account you would like to withdraw into, and enter the amount you wish to withdraw. If you have any additional information you want to associate with your transaction, you may enter it in the Details box. Then click Next.
4. Review your transaction details, enter your Transaction PIN, then click Withdraw.
5. The final page will display the transaction details for your reference. You can reference these details at any time by locating this transaction in your Activity Feed.
